The Parish Council is a representative body of the faithful whose focus is on the whole community. The council is an exploratory and advisory group made up of 12 members. There are 2 trustees who are permanent members and are appointed by the Pastor. The other 10 are elected. The terms are 3 years and elections are held every year with 2 or 3 terms being up.

The responsibility of the council is to aid the pastor in coordinating, encouraging, and promoting the activities of the parish - to serve all members of the parish in the best way possible. The council also has the responsibility of assisting the pastor in developing the most effective means of carrying out guidelines and directives given by the bishop.

Parish Council meetings are held the first Thursday of every month.  Contact us to learn more about the Parish Council.
